Black owls are the demonic pets or minions favored by Dark members of the Trallis Class. They are vicious fighters with razor-sharp talons up to three tofins long. Usually black or dark gray in color, the Black Owls face is a stark white giving them an eerie appearance. Their beaks are always of some metals, one which corresponds with the metal of the earring on the Trallis master they serve to call them into action.

They are formidable in battle and rip and shred their opponents flying in and out from multiple directions. Like many possessed beast of darkness, their talons and beaks secrete a slow-acting poison ensuring that their opponents will die even if they survive the initial attack.
